Vintage 1930’s Silver Plated 7pc Tea Set, Art Deco Gorham Co Yates Pattern, Sheffield England.
Tea Pot measurements:  One is 6″ high x 8″ width.  The other is 5″ high x 8.5″ long.
This is a formal silver plated tea service by Gorham from Sheffield England. It’s a beautiful Art Deco design from the 1930’s era. The rope detail and hinged lids are unique and blend perfectly with a mid century designed home.
This silver set is in very nice condition. It’s unpolished and I’ll leave that to the new owner or to leave as is.  Silver with slight polish has some character, in my opinion.
The top of the teapots are hinged. The pots pour nicely with no overspill. There are 7 pieces total:  2 teapots, creamer and sugar (with lid), and 2 trays which could be used to set the tea pots or to use as trays for crumpets.  All are marked on the underside which have been pictured for you.
Elegant yet modern looking.
