From Cairn Studios, this is Churchill, by Tom Clarke.  Signed by the artist.  No damage that I can find.  There is an anomaly – the COA lists the number as 93, but the statue is numbered 83.  The previous owner had multiple copies of this statue and evidently mixed up the COAs.
